Located 1900-2100 masl along the foothills of the Galeras Volcano, the entire farm is just 4ha, with 1.5ha of coffee. Helder continues the farms coffee growing tradition started by his grandparents, focused on quality he has developed his own organic fertilizer with excess pulp. The coffee is fermented for 18hrs and washed & dried over an average of 8 days. This is a stunning example of how tropical Colombian coffee can taste.
