Nestor Lasso & Cata Cafe recently visited our roastery where we held an open cupping and talked about values and processing. Nestor is known for his extended fermentations and expressive profiles. We find the profiles sometimes quite wild but when trying this Peaberry we immediately fell in love with the delicacy and sweetness. We bought the washed and natural process and have released them simultaneously for you to try, experiment and compare. This is definitely one of the most exciting releases of the year.
