It’s the 2nd year that we are buying coffee from the Chacón family after visiting them last year, they strive for quality & create truly amazing cup profiles. This prized Kenyan variety is famed for its juiciness due to higher naturally occurring phosphoric acid. Thanks to the addition of the creative & respectful processing of Las Lajas, the results of this natural process SL28 are incredibly complex - fruity and salivatingly juicy, with dynamic sparkling acidity brought together with Kenyan worthy cup clarity.
