Finca Juarez was a wild forest until in 1980 Adolfo saw the incredible land, altitude & potential to grow coffee there. On his 25ha farm he minimizes the use of herbicides by pruning weeds regularly, while trees naturally protect from any winds carrying disease. The coffee is depulped & fermented in tanks for 20 hours until the mucilage has come off, washed and sun dried on patios. Limited availability of this
