126 members & their families live & work together at San Carlos which is split into 25 lots. This year our importer invited Carlos Alfredo Estevez head of the micro lot program in Honduras to deliver training on producing experimental micro lots & improve processing. This coffee comes from the El Manzanal & Brasilia lots. The coffee is floated, de-pulped and fermented for 12hrs, then dried on patios. We loved the rounded melted chocolate-like body when cupping this coffee and knew it would be great for this winter!
