Est. in 2017 this washing station is situated amongst prime growing fertile clay soils, on altitudes of up to 2300 masl. Unusually around 90% of coffee delivered by farmers is Bourbon. Meticulous sorting before screening & depulping, the coffee is soaked for between 36-72 hrs. Pushed through grading channels, soaked again between 8-12 hrs & dried for approx 12 days. Another stunning floral Ethiopian in this years selection.
