Inmaculada Coffee Farms is located near the village of Pinchindé, in the Andes mountains. This is a natural Gesha which undergoes a second selection and classification to ensure high quality and uniform ripeness. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for 20 days. After processing the coffee is rested and then cupped and assigned to the categories of either 'Family Reserve' or 'Signature' depending on the cup quality and profile. Expect a very expressive cup with dominant notes of bergamot, black tea and peach.

To discover these flavour profiles we recommend to use soft mineral water with a low HCO3 (bicarbonate) & aim for total hardness of less than 140 mg/l.
