The Chacón family is a 3rd generation coffee plantation with organic certification since 2000. Headed by 1 of the 6 brothers Oscar & his wife Francisca, they strive for quality. Stepping out of the traditions of Costa Rican coffee, they invent different and continuously evolving coffee profiles. This yellow honey is dried slowly in peaks to keep the mucilage active, the results are incredibly creative, complex & fruity and bring back childhood memories of sipping on tropical juice.
