This 4.75ha Finca is located in a valley 1600 masl, with 5 hours of direct sunlight a day, high boulders protect from heavy winds and help maintain humidity creating a mircoclimate. Floridalma and her pickers return 4–5 times during harvest to ensure ripeness, the coffee is de-pulped the same day, fermented for 72 hours, then washed and sun dried for 6 days. We love its distinct candied flavour profile and great balance.
