Nélida is the leader of the women’s committee of the local cooperative
and is dedicated to motivate more women to produce coffee & vegetables
and gain independence. Nélida is also taking further steps, adapting
and experimenting with the fermentations of her coffees to try and
reveal the full potential of different varietals. Here the coffee is
fermented without oxygen for 90 hrs. The result is like drinking a cup
of cocoa, perfect if you are looking for something sweet & lower in
acidity.
