3 years ago this dry mill coop started to invest in specialty coffee by separating lots into quality, variety & different processes. They provide farmers with education, developed a system for full traceability & invested in two q-graders who relay feedback to farmers to help them advance. This is the first harvest they are exporting their coffee to Europe. When cupping we fell for the sweet creamy fudge like notes and look forward to following their journey into specialty coffee.
