Guatemala, Decaf, Cha Chi
This Guatemalan decaf is a blend sourced from the regions of Huehuetenango, Acatenango and Fraijanes. These regions are known for their outstanding coffee climate, namely volcanic soil, high altitudes and biodiverse microclimates. All this resulting in a unique flavour profile that is not easily associated with decaffeinated coffee.
The coffee has undergone the sugarcane process where ethyl acetate - a derivative of sugarcane - removes the caffeine while preserving the beans’ vibrant characteristic. This unique lot really captures the diversity of Guatemala’s coffee heritage, offering an exceptional, caffeine-free experience that does not sacrifice flavour.
