Drawing on APAX LAB’s competition-proven mineral profiles, it allows you to fine-tune clarity and structure in your brew. Use it to bring more definition to delicate filter coffees, elevate everyday brews, or add a final layer of refinement to signature serves and competition routines.

How to use:
Shake well for a few seconds before use.
Use the dropper to add the concentrate to demineralised water, or directly to your coffee.
We recommend 3–4 g per litre of water, or 5–10 drops per cup.
